I am giving this review for my fathe, who was in this hospital for more than 2 week in the month of April 2026. I have been a Physical Therapist Assistance for over 25 years now. I have worked in the hospital setting . So I fully understand how the hospital and systems flow. The communication between the MD to the RN on the floor is POOR. Physical therapy and Occupational therapy POOR. Cleaning of room on 3rd floor POOR. Family need to be present at all time. Wonderful care from everyone. From the OR, labs, radiology to admissions. Dr Loutrianakis is an incredible cardiologist and an awesome person.
My stay was excellent with anyone working in any capacity. People were so kind in spite of the issues I had trying to get out of there to go home. I felt cared about and supported.
