Amazing children's hospital! They make everything easy and really know how to put kids at ease before a procedure! We especially loved the pre-op video that was emailed to us for our daughter to watch before hand so she would know what to expect
Everyone the staff was friendly and helpful and respected my daughter's wishes for the gi Dr and her dad to step out she's at the stage where she's doesn't want males when she's examined for female reason or her go promblems to get dressed... They assured her thats ok to be like that nothing wrong with it... we was explained through what tests was Bieng ran and for what reason and all of our appointment coming up were made to best days that for for us to travel and for work... It started off a little rocky, but ended up GREAT! Ms. Tiffany Ms.Kelly, Mr. Brandon, Ms. Judy were FANTABULOUS in E.R. N.P. Tim ended up being a GEM! Love Cardinal Glennon!!!!
Even though we were 3 hours from, the nurses made our son and entire family feel like we were at home. Highly recommend!!
AS ALWAYSSSSSSSS...the staff was super friendly and attentive. No one was in the ER waiting area...in and out in a little over an hour...GLENNON has the most amazing and nurturing staff!
Took our 5 month old to opthalmology for what we beleived were cataracts and to discuss her nystagmus. The lady at the front desk reception was nice but some so softly we could barley understand what she was saying We get to the clinic and into our room without any issues but then the resident came in with a med student to examine our daughter. The resident seemed very rushed while examining her and it felt like he was speeding thru. He informed us they will need to dialate her eyes and the doc would be in soon to explain mo... read more
