It was r First time being there for my 7 year old son with a broken elbow and he had to have pins put in and they walked us thou every step not ones but 3 to 4 time and he was not afraid what they was going to do and he love the basketball plays come he was so happy they make u feel at home and not a hospital
Things are not the same as when I received care for my two older children. Yesterday the ultrasound registration party was rude and condescending. Then we went to the lab whose system was down. The IT tech walked through and the lab tech asked how long will the systems be down he laughed and stated it was down for 4 hours last time. Lab tech asked what do they do in meantime and IT shrugged chuckled and walked off. I then proceeded upstairs to Danis as my son had afternoon appointment so I rescheduled after witnessing IT. Such a great place for children, this hospital really is all about the children, from the doctors ,nurses,all the way to the janitors..such nice,caring and respectful hospital. As soon as you walk through them doors it's very welcoming!
Best hospital for my son. I have nothing but positive experiences with them.
They always take good care of my children! My boys even enjoy the chapel and the outside play area!
