RecommendedAbsolutely amazing! I have an Epson duplicator system that just stopped working. No one in Austin would even touch it. I called Epson and they gave me a quote of $572-$1027 not including shipping (to Indiana) that I would have to pay out of pocket. To add insult to injury, they said it could take a month to get it fixed..I took it to S&S on Wednesday and picked it up Thursday and it is running like a champ...and it was fixed for WAAAY LESS than expected! These guys are fantastic. They have earned a life time customer!
I found these guys on Yelp and the reviews were great. My expectations were great from the reviews but they still impressed me. They were so accommodating, unintimidating, and friendly. I highly recommend them!!!
You guys rock, thank you Sean and Sean for all of your help in reconnecting my computer and setting it up so all cables are hidden. My little office space looks awesome, and I no longer have those ugly cables hanging out everywhere. I appreciate the time and professionalism you took in helping me reassemble everything. I've used S-S on several occasions. They are simply the best. Very trustworthy & always make sure my issues are resolved.
This place is amazing. The best customer service I've had in a long time. Sean was able to reinstate admin privileges on my cpu to be able to backup my files. He did this after Microsoft's tier two support specialists weren't able to fix my computer The price was more than reasonable. This should be the first choice for your computer repair/solution needs. If anything goes wrong in the future, I will definitely go back.
Will definitely call on these guys again for any future computer needs!
They are the best! They know what they are doing and do not take advantage of you because you don't. I highly recommend S&S!
