Twice I've used S&S for unrelated issues, and twice they took care of me for a fair price. This most recent issue, they fixed it while I waited. Awesome customer care, and they know what they're doing!
These guys are amazing. I had gotten a couple of quotes from other computer places that were outrageous. I was able to drop it off. 2 months after a no charge rescue, I needed serious help. As before my phone call was answered promptly and Sean assured me that my problem could be resolved. Richie was here the next day and in one hour had my computer back running like new! Prompt, professional expertise describes their quality service! Oh and....affordable!
