The S.S. Badger is a vacation in itself! For years, I've wondered how it would be and the opportunity finally arised to take the ship to Wisconsin to avoid Chicago traffic! What a wonderful experience! It's not a cruise ship. I was a little bummed to see some of the original areas were modernized but I totally understand. We've been sailing the Badger for many years, round trip every summer. The ship is amazing and so is the staff! As long as it's running, I'll continue to use it every year. It beats the heck out of driving around the lake. We get a cocktail, watch the sun go down over the lake, play some bingo and retire to our state room. Best way to travel!
We loved it! Weather was nice and the ride was so smooth! Great day!
