OK, they were great when I was looking to buy, but as soon as I signed papers their customer service went to the trash. Have been waiting for just a gas cap they needed to replace 2 1/2 months later I still have not recd it. Just feel like once I signed papers I was dirt to them!
My son & I went purchased a vehicle, working with Doug was great. Entire transaction was smooth and honest. Excellent Dealership!

I came to SS Auto again and worked with Tony Battaglia. Tony is a consummate professional in every way. I found a car I liked, but it needed some TLC before I'd commit. Tony took each of my concerns and solved every one of them efficiently. I can say that he over-delivered in terms of customer service and I'm a stickler for that. I rarely give a 5 star review but this one was easy. I highly recommend working with Tony when you visit SS Auto. He'll take good care of you. The whole team is phenomenal!

It was a nice sunny Saturday afternoon when i drove on the lot and was pleasantly greeted by Tony. He was very professional through the process of the sale while maintaining a great sence of humor. Took all the headache out of buying a car. It was a great experience.
