I’ve been a loyal customer in the wholesale apparel industry for years, and I’m deeply disappointed with what S&S Activewear has become. Their aggressive strategy of buying up competing wholesale suppliers—most recently Alphabroder—has led to a near-monopoly that’s squeezing small businesses like mine. It's become increasingly difficult to justify the premium prices, especially as a small business. The acquisition of competitors (most recently Alphabroder) and the resulting price hikes feel disproportionately harsh for smaller enterprises relying on fair pricing to thrive. It's disheartening to see how these practices are affecting the small business community. I hope to see a shift towards more supportive pricing strategies in the future.
