I was a resident at Vendi Place for a one year lease. At first, I was apprehensive, not going to lie. The neighborhood around Vendi Place can be a bit scary to newcomers. We scheduled a tour and the staff was extremely friendly. The apartment I was in (2 Br, 1 Bath) was over 800 square foot and was 10X better than the other apartments that I toured in the area.
