Mantaince will actually take over a month to take care of any request. The property manager is a sweetheart but seems like she can't actually help you ever. The plumbing sucks and your toliet can clog every single day and you will just be told that that's your problem and that you can call a plumber at your own expense.

When I first moved in I have to admit I got a great move in deal, and one of the lowest pet deposits for the kind of dog I have in the Denton area. Moved in, it was fine, nothing fancy and it was for a year. It wasn't clean when I moved in, I definitely had to deep clean, replace some light bulbs and replace the stove aluminum dishes due to their nasty conditions, but no biggie I did it out of pocket. Great place for college students but be aware that they will try to suck every penny from your deposit or just make it seem reasonable to were you don't want to bother arguing about it. When I moved in the place was really dirty and didn't seem like it was cleaned properly, so we had to do a deep clean, I stayed at Vendi Place 2 Bedrooms 1 bath.
