I've had a very bad experience with SRT from the very start. The communication was very poor. The product (replacement leg) attachment was also extremely poor and inadequate, looking as if a grade school student glued it together in which there was NO WAY I could even wear clothes with it. The leg was just not functional at all. Because of all of this I could not accept the leg and canceled my appointment.
