We’ve been dealing with Advanced OrthoPro Inc Billing Dept. on a disputed charge for 4 years now. AOI incorrectly billed for boots/braces in January 2016. Even though we and insurance both paid on the bill, AOI is charging us with the full remainder. AOI refused to rebill insurance with the correct billing codes. Then rather than providing the itemized bill we needed to get insurance to fully cover the charges, we’ve gotten the run around call after call. We experienced very limited interaction during our visits for my son’s orthotics. We were billed incorrectly in March of 2018. More than 18 months ago. I JUST received a new bill in Dec 2019.
Mohammed was absolutely fantastic with my girlfriend. He kept us informed through the entire process, even calling me himself to check on her progress! He was thorough in his explanation of everything, and the prosthesis is fantastic. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
I went to the north office and dealt with Ahmad in regards to a custom patella stabilizing brace and he didn’t even order what my doctor requested and when the incorrect brace didn’t fit, he told me he wasn’t able to help me.
They go above and beyond for my patients to make sure they get the best care. Very easy to work with. Highly recommend!!
I was told in 2014 something I never expected. My parents never explained or acknowledged anything about the time I was sick in bed in 1955 as a 3 year old toddler. After a knee collapsed sending me into the medical mixer ultimately finding out I had had polio as a child. I was sent to be evaluated.
