We loved our time at SRK! Our building manager Ruby was very communicative and made living there a breeze. The best manager we’ve ever had! Would highly recommend living here!
Let me tell you about SRK Properties - they're hands down the best property management company I've ever dealt with! You know how it is, I've moved around like crazy over the past few decades across the US. Most of these management firms, let's be real, they only care about getting that rent money. Really good experience living at an SRK property in Palms. They were quick to address any maintenance requests. Tenants were all respectful. Property manager lived on-site, and really made sure that the building was properly maintained, including things like security upgrades and plumbing repairs. Would echo the other reviews that Ruby was great to work with, and really made living there a breeze. We moved here from out of state, and it was a great experience. Would recommend!
We haven't had any significant issues with this company but I would like to highlight Ruby as she has consistently demonstrated exceptional service in every aspect of her role. Her responsiveness stands out, as she promptly addresses any concerns or inquiries with efficiency and professionalism. She went above and beyond while we were out of town to check in on our cat during an unexpected situation and we can't thank her enough!
