Horrible company as far as communication, and returning emails. Eric the onsite manager/maintenance role, is fantastic and goes above and beyond whats expected, and always acknowledges and greets you in the common areas. The rent is a great price even though its in a shitty neighborhood where local authorities and SFPD do the bare minimum to keep the front of building free from tenement camps, homeless, pit bulls and rottweiler's unleashed, their garbage strewn about, blatant drug sales and use.
