I am having difficulty wrapping my mind around the lack of maintenance and management of a Property only a year old.
Bad Property Management. Mr. Childress is unprofessional, rude, disrespectful, selfish , verbally abusive, inconsiderate, and irresponsible. He is oblivious to the duties of a Property Manager.
