Awesome installation of two TVs, sophisticated in-wall wiring, expert consultation on using RF to have remotes work downstairs while components are hidden upstairs... highly recommended!
Now that we have discovered that the "new" subwoofer we bought from you was actually refurbished, we have had to buy a different one, as well as hire someone else to finish the job you did not complete, you have two options. You can send us a check for $300 (for the subwoofer and remote we already sent back to you) or I will be taking you to small claims court for $3000 to include the cost of the other person who had to come in and finish the job.
