Dustin and Jeff were here today. Responded via text quickly before arrival. Was prompt and courteous. We hired him for 2 fireplace Tv's but ended up asking to do all 4. One included an outside stone fireplace. In addition to the tv installs, he brought all equipment with him, made suggestions for a proficient setup, set up our network switch and router, moved power outlet, ran additional cables and cords, answers numerous questions on how to prepare for internet install, etc. We asked him every question we could on network a... read more

Squirrel Squad was quick to respond on Thumbtack and quick to get to the house. However, I requested for full concealment for one TV mount, and was told it'd be an additional $50 fee for concealment prior to arrival. The initial quote did NOT account for the power cord to be concealed, and then while the work had already started, was told it'd be an additional $75 for the power cord to be concealed.
