Great to have a MD that can relate to your condition. Listens to your concerns and treats accordingly. Staff are excellent also.Very happy to get to work with them. Thanks
I have been a patient of Dr. Squire since 2015. After so many doctors turning me away, he was the first specialist to really listen and fully assess my symptoms. It wasn’t an easy diagnosis, but he stuck with me. I have a degenerative neurological disorder and suffer from chronic migraines. He and his staff are always so understanding and work with my insurance company for pre-approvals and disability. I see him every 3 months, and he always takes the time to talk with me and review how I’m feeling and how my disease is prog... read more
My visits have been on time and productive.
Went to Dr. Squire many years ago suffering with chronic migraines. He has completely changed my life! Great listener, easy to work with. Many times he has made room in his busy schedule to fit me in to help me with an out of control migraine and that is very rare to find these days. Since seeing Dr, Squire my migraines have gone from 25 a month down to 9 a month. My son who also suffers with migraines now also sees Dr. Squire.
I went on a medical journey that lasted 8 years before I found a team that help me fight my chronic illness. Dr. Trevor Squire’s is one of those important members of my medical team I have seen my share of bad doctors especially neurologists, he is not one of them. Dr. Squire’s is a listener, I’ve never had him interrupt me. He treats the entire body and mind. He advocates heavily on mental health, helped decrease my migraines 80% and improve my Episodic Ataxia. My syncope has also improved.
My experience with Dr. Squire was borderline traumatic. I suffer from drug-induced neurological movement disorders. Not only did he know nothing about them, he CLAIMED to know ALL about them. He told me I had Conversion D/O, or FNS. A fancy way of saying I'm subconsciously/consciously creating my symptoms. Funny. The one way a neurologist RULES OUT CDO? By physically examining the patient. Specifically, muscles of the neck. Dr. Squires did not TOUCH me, save shaking my hand after dismissing me.
Helped to diagnose me with Parkinsons. Has been very good about answering questions over the phone if my next appt. isn't for a while. So far, mine is not too bad a case. My tremors are on the inside so it's quite annoying. My medication is working pretty good but I have a lot of off times before my next pill is due. If I remember, I forget I can do that. His personality is one that he takes time at my appts. to make sure I'm comfortable with everything I have questions about.
