Extremely difficult to get things repaired as well as contact management Maintenance never repaired what you called and placed an order about also rarely in office and don't answer telephone. Very difficult to go to the office when there's someone there.

Don't move here!!! These apartments are only about money they don't fix anything the water is constantly off. It's not a place you would want to live, because they put so many notices on your door about unnecessary foolishness. They want to get rent on time but can't fix anything are keep the water on. Someone told me not to move in Square Park I regret it. I should've listen the worst place ever.
Roaches, roaches and ROACHES!!!! They so money hungry and trying to make you pay extra for something that you paid for already!! I’m so ready to move from back here !
Desperately needs to change. Hayes Gibson recently took over Square Park Apartments on Old Bainbridge Rd, formerly Monterrey Apartments in Tallahassee, FL. I have told them now at least 3 times that we need pest control services asap. I have been in this same apartment since 2016 (A WHOLE FIVE YEARS) and this is the first time we have a roach problem.
