Consistently go out of their way to provide you amenities you didn't even think you wanted! Missing packages (you didn't want that Amazon order anyway), subsidizing strippers (apparently a $60 value!), and a security staff that even take the time to play hide-and-seek with you.
Consistently fails to provide reasonable security. Communicates 24/7 security on their website and marketing, and then assumes no responsibility by tucking it in the lease agreement. Packages are usually a day late. The furniture is poor quality and the bed frames squeak uncontrollably.
Great place to live if you like strippers. Don't even have to go to the Cheetah, just right upstairs!
