RecommendedI actually haven’t started living at SQ5 yet, but the staff made the lease-signing process easy and straightforward. They answered all of our questions and gave us a thorough tour of the unit/building amenities. Can’t wait to move in next fall!
Lived at SQ5 for 2 years and had a wonderful experience. Rooms are spacious and clean, and the location is unbeatable, especially for Georgia Tech students. The management team is very responsive to the concerns of their tenants, and the building manager, Mike, is absolutely wonderful. Would definitely recommend living here!
There is always so much to do, especially on the 25th floor!! I love meeting new and interesting people regularly.
