I contacted Zach to have a property measured due to a square footage discrepancy. We ended up adding on an appraisal because it was so reasonably priced, and he was able to provide a quick turnaround. The value he determined was very fair and in line with comparable properties. Scheduled appointment and he didn’t respond to my text , that day or all day next day nor show up and then finally responded at 5:45pm saying he doesn’t do commercial properties just residential. Wasted 2 days . I do not recommend
