I've been to a lot of restaurants with all the travel I've done for my job and this is one of the best. Went there this Monday. 1/2 price appetizers from 4-6 and what a selection! Great menu, different types of food as opposed to the boring stuff around the rest of Chardon. Great values with a complete price range. Our first experience at Square Bistro was impeccable. Delicious, fresh food at reasonable prices. Creative cocktails and beer sampling. Warm, friendly staff. And a lit bar that's warm to the touch - very nice! I had the Stuffed Anaheim Peppers and Kale Ceasar salad - both were tasty and full of freshness - very high quality dishes. Looking forward to trying everything on the menu:)
the lobster pasta was delicious with plenty of lobster and a great hint of spice that makes the taste incredibly yummy! The fries and bruschetta are a must to try! The bistro salad was a perfect blend of fresh greens and fresh tomatoes and vegetables blended with an asiago cheese but i had mozzerella, with an awesome house dressing to bring out the flavors of the salad to make you want even more!
