We loved our dinners at Square tonight!! Our first time and we will definitely be back. So happy to have a great restaurant with a cool, casual atmosphere in Chardon.
Absolutely terrible service. The restaurant cancelled our reservation and then when we arrived, tried to claim that they spoke to a man on the phone... Except the only person to ever call the restaurant was my mom. She called at 3:30 pm to up our reservation to 5 people... Yet they claimed the cancellation was made by someone named at 2, which doesn't make sense. They said we could still eat there... But we'd have to sit at the bar, which is unacceptable when there is a 90-year-old woman in the group. They refused to accommo... read more
