Beautiful pictures of the drinks and treats, see no food in pictures, comments on taste are not good, sounds like maybe you need to be running a bakery instead of what this is. Also, way too expensive for 2 drinks and an ice cream, I won't be going there.

I waited over an hour for a macaron ice cream sandwich.... after a few reminders to the employees of my order, I finally asked for a refund. Decor is hip, drinks were okay... During that hour of waiting, I watched how employees served some deserts, and I was not only slightly disappointed in attention to quality, but slightly appalled (spilling the entire shaker of matcha onto a slice of cake then trying to scoop it back off the counter and plate into the shaker, then still serving the slice to a customer... nope!) *Basicall... read more

I love this place, but I wish some of the employees at the front would greet you and ask if you're ready to order rather than approaching them closer and ask what you want at the front counter
