Horrible staff. Shady practices. Poorly maintained balconies. Rude and unkind in the office as soon as they have your money and your signature on the lease, you are crap to them. Go look them up on Yelp, there are plenty of one star rating there.
I been here for 2 years everyday is worse im leaving soon is been hard with the rent been so high they just add another 250 bucks a month for nothing because is middle of january and my heat is been out 2 times,they take for ever to take care of the problem and even didn't reported in Christmas eve, i have 2 kids under 3 and been with no heat in middle of january is ridiculous especially for them to say if until 5 is not fix call back when is 6 am, ridiculous!!!! Good luck trying to feel safe here. Safety isn't a priority to Spyglass Hill - just your money. I have contacted the police department on numerous occasions regarding a noisy and dangerous neighbor and relayed the information to the leasing office and all they ever said was "we are currently talking to the tenet about this incident." Next thing you know that neighbor is trying to get into my apartment - thankfully I keep my doors locked otherwise I would have had a major situation on my hands.
