Lived here from March 31, 2017-End of Dec 2017, I have to say-Exemplary customer service. I had to leave because of an issue I had but with that the office helped me through every step. The communication was amazing. I really appreciate the follow-through. My husband also lived her longer than us as a couple, since he was 14 and the complex was always clean, grass was always cut, could use some updating but for the price in Denver the cleanliness the thoughtfulness and the follow through it’s fantastic.
Awful apartments,on the first colder day the heating system broke down they can not fix it the problems over 5 days!!! Way to expensive for a dirt,y unsafe place!
New mgmt, my sister's toliet floods twice a month at least. They have only done the basic clean up, still has a smell! Washers/dryers went up 9 cents. I've only seen spanish workers despite all the different nationalities living there.
Well, this is a long overdue review! I lived here my last year of undergrad (2010-2011). Location was great and always felt safe! Downside was the window unit AC. That hasn't changed since the 80s when my husband's uncle lived there. That being said, at the time was right in my price range! Paid $510 for my one bedroom. Apparently, those were the days because the same one bedroom that doesn't look updated goes for $900! Guess that's Denver for you. Overall, I'd still recommend. Most of the time I love it here. Although I live on the top floor, so I don't have that many problems. The people who live on the ground floors or in the 3 story buildings have problems with bugs and rodents. Some neighbors have had to get work done on there cars from rodents chewing the wires. However, overall it's a peaceful place to live and the front office and maintenance crews are plesent. For the price, it's a great place to live in Denver!
I would be enjoying the rain but here at spyglass hill apartments they can't seem to figure out how to keep my window and air box from pouring water on my floor. I've called several times in the past when we've had heavy rain and every time I'm assured that it's an overflowed gutter or nothing they can do. No place they could "plug". So my friends if you're thinking of living here get ready for disappointing service, lots of wet towels that you have to pay to wash and mildew, thanks.
