I rented a house from Bill for seven years and don't have a single negative thing to say about this rental company. Our rent price was not raised the entire time we lived there, even through the pandemic when similar houses were renting for quite literally double what we were paying. The property was actually okay, but the landlord is really only interested in one thing, your money. I learned from very early on how inappropriate and greedy this man can be. He will find a way to nickel and dime you every chance he gets, he will enter your place every few months too look around make sure it's "neat and tidy" he has a severe temper and get in your face if you don't like anything about his rash behavior.
