Jen is the best ! I received multiple treatments during one visit I was more relaxed than I have ever been. I have already noticed many improvements.
I highly recommend Jen for any woman who is pregnant and looking for a relaxing and beneficial prenatal treatment. Jen is so attentive and really tailors the experience to the individual's needs. I saw Jen for an appointment at 38 weeks and it was such a lovely oxytocin boost! Jen also came to my home after I had the baby to give me a moxa treatment which every postpartum woman should experience! Thank you Jen! I will be back!
Jen is very engaging and she is always on top of things in terms of the appointments that you book with her. I have found the acupuncture and reflexology very helpful for stress relief. As a teenager I feel that she is so understanding and can accommodate well. I would recommend her services for everyone, and teens especially should check it out for relaxation in body and mind!
OMG, this woman is AMAZING! I’ve only had two sessions with Jen and everything I went to her for has drastically improved. Most incredibly, her treatments have helped my anxiety more than I could have imagined. I’ve been struggling with intense anxiety for quite some time, and after just two sessions, it feels so much more manageable. I am beyond grateful and will absolutely continue seeing her long-term. I have been treated with Jen at Spruce Reflexology for last the last year. The last 8 treatments working headaches sleep and hips. I have all three of them are much improved. Will continue to see her for more treatments they have been very helpful. Louise Beattie
