I just had a session with Jen. She is well educated by getting training for different skills. I love the fact that she is familiar with Chinese medicine as well. I am glad to find a reflexologist near me.
Jen is very skilled and dedicated to doing as much as she can to help with whatever ails you. I have been looking for someone as effective as I had before moving here and am so grateful to have found her! Highly recommend!
Referred to Jen by my daughter who found her. I have bad circulation in my feet and was getting concerned. My feet are improving…. And other things are better too. Kidney function (doctor was happy with the numbers) nightly leg cramps (which are gone!), and other pains, due to fibromyalgia and arthritis. Jen is lovely and caring, and skilled in what she does. Always learning so she can help her patients. You can’t go wrong seeing Jen! Worth every penny… and gas, as I don’t live close by. Thanks Jen!!

I recently visited Spruce Reflexology & Acupuncture for help with some chronic health issues. The treatment room is warm and inviting, with soothing music that evokes a sense of peace and calm. Jen Hlannon was incredibly knowledgeable and attentive, taking time to understand my concerns and explaining how acupuncture could help. The treatments were extremely relaxing, and after just two sessions I have noticed a significant improvement! I highly recommendJen to anyone considering acupuncture.
