Had never been here before but really needed my nails done and was so busy leading up to Thanksgiving that I didn't have time to book an appt where I live in Arizona. I used to live in Columbus and loved going to W Nail Bar. I looked for something similar in Cincy and found Spruce. I could tell by the website that I'd love it. The person that did my nails didn’t know what she was doing. The nails were poorly filed (she was even cutting my nails too close to my skin and I had to tell her to be careful), and the nail polish was not correctly applied. Not to mention that the “extended” massage was a normal massage that any nail professional would normally do to complete their work, nothing so special! Bestie and I have been here twice now to get our nails done and we’re in love. Spruce has such a welcoming atmosphere and staff. Natural lighting and overall good vibes..and of course some talented folks who get the job done. Emma and Andi are absolutely fantastic, I recommend them both to the fullest.
