Was 2 minutes late for my appointment because the bus was stuck on two blocks for 30 minutes and they would not see me. Very cruel policy for anyone taking time out of their day to see the doctor. Have to wait over a month to see a doctor now
I was a patient with spruce internal medicine for nearly 30 years, starting in the 90s. As years passed and doctors came and left, they shifted me around from doctor to doctor and I was always fine with those changes. This primary care keep canceling My appointment I truly need to see the doctor I had my son back in October Penn hospital keep calling as a follow and said I must see a physician so they can give me a referral to see a heart specialist Pennsylvania Hospital keep calling every month to make sure I follow up with primary care in this primary care facility. Keep canceling my appointment without accommodating me very unprofessional and unorthodox.
The soonest they could see me was three months out. Appointment finally came, and traffic was terrible, so I got there 8 minutes after my appointment. Because it was a first appointment, they said I needed to get there 15 minutes early - so they couldn’t see me anymore and needed to reschedule. Then they rescheduled me another three months later. You’re better off just using one of the Telehealth services like one medical.
Great practice. Staff are friendly and it is easy to book appointments on the app. I appreciate NP Steven Kleinschmidt's professionalism.
