Totally incompetent...nothing they did for me helped...i was suppose to get a visa gift card from the purchase of a phone that never came...i was suppose to get a new air wave booster due to poor service from where i live...never got it.The store manager was suppose to return my call numerous times to help remedied these issues and never called. I had to call sprint directly to have everything fixed or to have it taken care of...
