I switched because they had a promo for $25/mo if you ported your number and BYOP. And they also offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee for 30 days. Well the service was horrible...no problem, go back and get my money back and get my activation money back. NOPE. This store and corporate has jerked me around since April 2019 and to this day I still haven't gotten my $35.81 back. This store says corporate is responsible for the refund and the corporate says the store is responsible for the refund. I am just so tired of the lies. ... read more
