I was having issues using sprint on line and on the phone had 3 phone's in 2 weeks that wouldn't work properly. Stopped by the store and Dannie had my problem solved and working in no time at all. From now on I'm using the store no question about it.
Dannie and the Crew at the Muncy Pa store were very helpful and knowledgeable of the products available, they make the customer experience very pleasant!
Dannie, was AMAZING!! He fixed a non-stop crappy issue, that we had with Sprint and made it look, like nothing... You Rock Dannie, Thank You, is not enough, for what you did, for our phones today!! But, not only that, to also walk out of the store, with 3 cases and a speaker, for one heck of a deal, woot woot!! I can promise you, from now on, there will be no more business over the phone, it will be directly through Dannie!!
Dannie and the rest of this crew are always super helpful! I was always hesitant to switch to a contract phone. I had used prepaid for years. Let me tell you, this crew not only hooked me and the rest of my family with awesome phones, they have saved me almost 150.00 a month!! I am sooo thankful I took the plunge and signed up. We had an absolutely amazing experience today in the store with the new manager Josh.. It was a pleasant experience now since Will isnt there anymore.
