It's Unfortunate how some Tmobile employees, don't care how customers get scammed as they get the better end of the deal for added commissions. When I applied I was given added services "Free of charge" It came with my Package she said, which made no sense. I came in to the store multiple times which I hate doing. OMG! if I could give this store and the staff 10 stars I would! I was a walk and trying to get some information on how to use my warranty on my iPhone. Team member Nat K. spent over an hour with me going through the phone system to assist me and getting to the right person. He was kind. He was patient. And he was thorough. All of the staff members are helpful. I love this store! And extra points that it’s right next to Baskin-Robbins I’ve Cream. 🙂
