Yesterday April 30th 1230 pm at this location the female manager not the younger one, had no interest or even offered to hear my situation in my question about a store device I bought from a t mobile. She simply was on her phone n didn't even let me finish my question b4 asking n giving me any form of assistance. Terrible customer service, I would highly reconsider training staff. I'm due for an upgrade and the young lady has zero interest in showing me my options. She missed out on a sale.
If I could leave 0 stars I would. I walked in twice and neither times was I welcomed. Waited about 40 minutes for somebody to help me or even say something and nothing. Decided to leave to another location. Definitely never going back to this location.
