Came in to inquire about new services and they couldnt bother to get up and approach us. Answered my questions by yelling accross the room. If you're going to work lazy work from home.
I had a great experience at the T-Mobile in Montclair Plaza thanks to Christian Castro. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and patient throughout my visit. Christian took the time to clearly explain my options, answered all of my questions, and made sure everything was set up correctly before I left. His customer service was outstanding and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciated his professionalism and would definitely recommend asking for Christian if you visit this location.
