Wasted 44 mins drives to come here only to tell me its closed. Please let your customer care and your hours online knows that you dont open until 9pm on Friday night if you already closed. I arrived at 835pm and they told me its closed. Tell your customer service online and your hours online if you dont open until 9pm. I switched to T-Mobile from Spectrum after being promised a rebate that would cover my old phone balance. It’s been nearly 3 months with no rebate, and now I’m in collections for almost $900. The Montclair store rep was great — but the system failed me. I’ve reached out to corporate for help and hope they make this right.
Great customer service they will help you doesn’t matter how long the process is. I give them a 20 star if they will let me
I went in with my parents because they were due for upgrades. Long overdue. Corrisa walked up to us and greeted us immediately and sat us down. She gave us options on what could be good for them and quickly began the process. She was very fast in transferring their data from the old devices to the new ones. The manager incompetent. Went in to change a line to my phone and they said it was all done and when I got home I noticed the phone didn't even connect to the service. Now I'm on the phone with 4 diffrent people trying to fix this issue and still nothing.ive wasted hours of my day trying to resolve this issue with no luck.I don't understand how you have paying costumers come in to get help and get horrible service especially being the manger that was helping us out.
