I went in with my parents because they were due for upgrades. Long overdue. Corrisa walked up to us and greeted us immediately and sat us down. She gave us options on what could be good for them and quickly began the process. She was very fast in transferring their data from the old devices to the new ones. The manager incompetent. Went in to change a line to my phone and they said it was all done and when I got home I noticed the phone didn't even connect to the service. Now I'm on the phone with 4 diffrent people trying to fix this issue and still nothing.ive wasted hours of my day trying to resolve this issue with no luck.I don't understand how you have paying costumers come in to get help and get horrible service especially being the manger that was helping us out. We came in today with a new phone that my wife needed help with setting up. We were helped by Samuel Gomez. He was polite, friendly, very helpful, and very competent. Everything is working well and we are most appreciative. If T Mobile can attract employees like Samuel, they will surely continue to keep my (and the other 9 lines of our family plan) business. Thank you

Very good service i was in on saturday morning needing service, and Jesús was very helpful. He answered all the questions we had.
