good service and very convenient
Claudia, is extremely rude. I walked in last week, and she had an attitude where she seemed annoyed overall. I had questions that were not answered, instead she had me go on the t life app instead of pulling up my profile. Had a wonderful experience today at TMobile in the Montclair Plaza (Montclair, Ca). I needed to upgrade my phone and Claudia really helped us out. Answered all the questions we had and was super knowledgeable about everything TMobile has to offer. She took her time with us and made us feel very welcome in the Montclair store location. Had an AWESOME experience and would highly recommend this store. Thanks so much Claudia!
I purchased a phone on 2/15/26 and worked with Claudia. Unfortunately, the data transfer did not work, and I had to return the next day (2/16/26) to resolve the issue. Because of the transfer problem, I decided to upgrade to a better phone. I was surprised to be told I would be charged a $70 restocking fee even though it had been less than 24 hours and the return was related to a setup issue, not simply changing my mind.
