I went to this Sprint store to try and change my phone services from AT&T to Sprint because they had a better unlimited plan. This was about a year ago. The lady was nice but the guy over her couldn’t figure out how to get the phone to change over so he just claimed the phone was stolen. Lol. A phone I bought new from AT&T. He needs to work on his Customer service skills.
