Went in to try and upgrade phones, spent hours trying to do the run around on the phone and in the stores. Woke up this morning to any extra bill be pulled from my checking account! Have spent hours on the phone trying to fix it, and been to the store to have 0 help. Went to Verizon to have much better customer service.

They're very helpful
Went to the T-Mobile to get a screen protector for my phone and the employee was God awful very rude was not helping me with anything completely snarky responses. Went to the other T-Mobile in Ames They were able to help me in five minutes when this guy was bickering at me for 30 minutes about how he can’t give me a screen protector because he doswnt want to. White guy probably 35 horrible hair cut crooked smile
