I wasUS cellular customer for years and T-Mobile switched me over a week ago on Thursday. Phone worked OK but my Gmail wouldn’t work so I went over Ames t-Mobile on Duff Avenue the guy wouldn’t pick up my phone? He said it wasn’t our problem. Guy was a jerk about
Went in to try and upgrade phones, spent hours trying to do the run around on the phone and in the stores. Woke up this morning to any extra bill be pulled from my checking account! Have spent hours on the phone trying to fix it, and been to the store to have 0 help. Went to Verizon to have much better customer service.
