They're very helpful
Went to the T-Mobile to get a screen protector for my phone and the employee was God awful very rude was not helping me with anything completely snarky responses. Went to the other T-Mobile in Ames They were able to help me in five minutes when this guy was bickering at me for 30 minutes about how he can’t give me a screen protector because he doswnt want to. White guy probably 35 horrible hair cut crooked smile
Did not activate my sim card correctly
Mike is AMAZING!! so helpful. No line to wait in. Got exactly what I needed no hassle and headaches like every time I ever went to Verizon. Highly recommend!!
