Went in for an upgrade since my US cellular account finally merged. Immediately greeted when I walked in. The gentleman who helped me was very polite and explained things in a way that I could understand. He also did what he could to try and get us a promotion to save money on the new phone and our service plan. Friendly atmosphere, definitely recommend this location.
We lost all signal for home internet in June and cell phone coverage. Every-time we call or our neighbors call they say it will be fixed in a week. I would be very careful entering a contract. I do not want to see anymore Iowans misled.
Rowan was absolutely fantastic. Had multiple problems with the corporate t mobile store in Ames Iowa but went to this location and they were absolutely amazing and helped me merge my accounts and update my services. I would not recommend any other store in Ames except this location.
