Was in the store tonight when a crazy customer berated the store manager Mike over something that was not her business in the first place. Then had her husband come in and act ignorant too. I feel so bad for people who work in customer service.
Ashley was wonderful. Mike was extremely rude. Not a people person and shouldn't be in customer service. Had to go across the street for verizon info. Got back, he had left without telling Ashley. She was with a customer. There was another customer behind me. She did a fantastic job.
We had an issue with a phone on Saturday night. We pulled in at 8:45. The doors were locked and I watched the two employees hide. Then about 8:55 shut all the lights off in the place.. I get it was a weekend night but at 8:45 the doors shouldn’t be locked!
