Was surprised to get a call from them on a Sunday. The same day I submitted my request. The tech came out and replaced one of my my sprinkler values. Austin was friendly and professional.
Good job. Showed up on time and completed job faster than I expected.
Arrived on time for evaluation. Returned to do work to cap off 2 sprinklers and replace 3. One replacement sprinkler was quality brass, others were plastic. Left one replacement part on ground that I picked up and later handed to him. Price was high for amount and quality of work.
Very quick work, but they exceeded the initial estimate when they supposedly spotted more sprinklers needing replacement after giving me the initial estimate. I would have expected they would spot all the problems or be willing to include them in the initial estimate -- especially when the estimate was a fairly high figure to begin with. They did a super job moving one sprinkler and adding another, and did so in amazingly short time. But I would expect a more accurate estimate in the first place.

They were prompt, knowledgeable and neat about their work.
They arrived on time and fixed the problem within minutes. We inspected the system and finished in about 30 minuets.
Two technicians came to my house, each on different days. Each one was courteous and knowledgeable.
