Showed up on time and did a great job installing timer. Took the time to show me how to operate new device. Very nice employee.

Same day response and quickly solved the problem
I knocked off a half star only because they required 2 attempts to perform an irrigation valve replacement. After the initial replacement, the new valve leaked like crazy within a few hours of the work, so I turned off the supply to the valve. I called their service desk (Saturday) and was served very courteously and promptly. While not a true emergency (I turned off the water supply), they insisted on coming the next day (Sunday!) to redo the replacement. It hasn't leaked since. Professional and competent
the work was fine but not sure on the price after nothing to compare it to. The worker was great. The outcome was very good.
Initially they were booked up but when I described my situation to the woman on the phone she knew exactly what was wrong and was able to get someone out there by 9 a.m. the same day! The gentleman that came out was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and even diagrammed out my entire system and showed me how to control it. If I ever need a sprinkler system repaired or installed they will be my first and only call. They were fairly priced and give an excellent warranty with their work.
