Applied here. Spoke with the office, they said I would most likely qualify, I put down and fee and everything for the apartment, never got a call back so I called them then they let me know that I didn't qualify for some reason
I'm leaving a 4 star review for a very good vibe at the apartment complex (you know how you can feel the vibe?), I didn't get an ICK vibe at all. It's very clean and inviting. I didn't notice any issues with tenants, wanderers nor any suspicious activity. The office (open 10am-5pm) is very clean and inviting also. Esther and Liz in the leasing office were very kind, friendly and supportive through the application process.
