Wonderful service and hospitality!! We had 3 kids on only 2 and the staff was just wonderful!! Actually the owner was our server and she was just awesome! Food was delicious and drinks were yummy!!! Can't wait to go back!!

It's great to see the place open again! The band South 65 was awesome as usual... dinner was very good. The heat upstairs was not fun while trying to dance. I appreciated the football games being on..a cover charge while buying an expensive (but tasty!) dinner was not ok i didn't think. Our waitress was a sweetheart and did her best to keep us taken care of but the wait for food seemed long. I would recommend and will go back thinking these might just be kinks that will be straightened out soon. Best wishes to the Springville Inn!

Got seated right away. Tables seem way to big. I felt like I was to far away from my husband. No small intimate table seating for just two people. Took awhile for our drinks. Water tastes like mold...(not sure about that one) the appetizer was amazing....lobster spinach artichoke dip!!�
Just seemed like everything took forever.
The main meal was good. Not wow...but good.
Staff needs more work for sure.

Food was well presented and tasty.
Have been in two times for dinner, both times my order was a bit off.
Would strongly recommend that Franks employ a person to bus tables, refill water glasses and drinks and keep an eye on the needs of customers.

Food and atmosphere were amazing! The wait for the food was a little long and the server was decent (she seemed new to waitressing) . We ordered house salads that didn't come until after we got our meals which was irrating and the 4 year old was last to get his food. His was the only kids meal ordered. Over all it was a great night. Liz, who was our waitress while we waited almost an hour for a table for a party of 10, went above and beyond to make sure we were well taking care of!!
