I have been taking both of my dogs to Dr. Smith and I highly recommend her and her staff for the care of your pets. Always very attentive!!
Charges a $48 puppy exam fee for every time they come in. Most places charge a one-time fee. They also went ahead charged another $19 to clip my dogs nails. Total rip off. We will NEVER go back. So disappointed.
RecommendedDr. Smith and her team helped us through a very hard time this past week with patience, kindness, understanding and compassion. I don't think it could have been handled any better. Our sincere appreciation will always be with them and I am excited to take my fur babies to her office!
Would like to thank Dr. Smith, Haley, Kelsey and Lisa for their dedication and such compassion working with our dog Biscuit. We cannot thank you enough on how much we appreciate your service and care. We as a community are very fortunate.
I feel remiss in not doing this review sooner. We took our "foster fail" kittens in for cold-like symptoms. We were able to get an appointment that fit our schedule, there was no waiting once we arrived. The entire staff was helpful and kind and the different levels of care that were offered were clearly stated along with prices. No one made us feel guilt about what ever level we chose. Dr. Smith was careful and I really appreciated the way she handled the kits. We have found our new veterinary office for all our animals!
Dr. Smith and her staff are awesome and it is evident that they really care about what they do! I called this afternoon to schedule an appointment and they were able to get me in within an hour!
I had such a wonderful experience here. Dr. Smith is so knowledgeable and the whole staff is so friendly and accommodating. They took the time to explain everything and helped me choose which services were best for my dog, but didn't pressure me to do anything I didn't NEED to pay for. It felt warm and welcoming from the moment I walked in, and it didn't have that weird SMELL that a lot of veterinary offices have. I'll definitely be bringing all my fur babies here from now on!
