RecommendedI am another fan of Dr. Smith and Springs veterinary care! I have a Pomeranian and a Shiba Inu who are both 10 1/2 years old. My Pomeranian had heart surgery when she was young and she is only 4 pounds so I have always been afraid of anesthesia while having her teeth cleaned. Dr. Smith let me know that she would not continue the anesthesia in the beginning of the surgery if she would not do well and she would do everything to make sure my Pomeranian and Shiba were healthy during surgery. I recently switched to Springs Vet from another vet in the area and cannot understate how happy I am with the change! Dr. Smith and the vet techs are so friendly and caring. They really get to know you and your pets and take their time with appointments to make sure any and all of your concerns are addressed. I've never had such great customer service at a vet or felt so comfortable with my dogs' care!
They cared about my Beau so much! They took time to listen to us, we can’t wait to revisit in Feb for routine shots. Also, awesome welcome bag! Beau loves his new Spring Vet collar, and the sample dental bones, we’ve already ordered more.
We love the professional and empathetic staff at Springs Vet Care. They always work us in and give full explanations of the existing problems and treatment plans. We highly recommend this office!
The entire team was beyond exceptional in thier care for our dog and our family through the last 6 months of her long life and helping with her passing. They helped Ruby and us have a last few great months together and cared above and beyond for our family on her last day. When the staff and vet cry with you at the last moments you know that they truly care about thier patients.
As always our experience was wonderful...Daisy went in for her nails to be trimmed and was accepted with such a friendly greeting . The staff took great care to make sure that Daisy was comfortable and did a fantastic job trimming her nails. We look forward to our next visit.
