I'm still waiting for a promised referral fee. I'm just blown off by management being told the deal is not final however my referral took delivery over a month ago. I introduced this sale to the salesman in anticipation of said fee. ANY! dealership would have made this down payment work however these guys drug this sale out wayyy too long.
I recently purchased an 05 Honda Accord from Springs Automotive. My salesman was Justin who seriously went above and beyond to get me into the car I wanted. He was so friendly and hardworking and was so very genuine which was such a breath of fresh air! The finance manager, John, was also just simply amazing! Answered every question I had and reassured my every need. I would most definitely recommend this dealership to anyone! Working with those guys was such a great experience! Great friendly place!

I highly recommend Springs Auto to anyone who wants fast, dependable, friendly service. The customer service is amazing. They fixed my car much faster and for less than the other estimate I received. I got updates on how the work was progressing and they were always easy to get a hold of on the phone, if I had questions. WONDERFUL experience.

I had been to 7 dealerships 7. I almost gave up but I went in today and drove home in my new car.. My sales guy Justin is the BEST really cool professional down to earth they didn't treat my situation like they were better than it they help they did everything they could to get me driving and they did and my payments are affordable.
