never again will I shop with this dealership. they sold me a Chevy Cruze with issues. Day one I brought it back to them with the check engine light on, they said it was the plugs and coil pack. they said they replaced it. a few days later, same issue. brought it back nothing changed. Warranty expired, had my mechanic run through it. Purchased a 2009 VW Routan there last year. SAG said it comes with a 30 Day SAG guarantee which mean they will pay for and fix any issue within the first 30 days. I purchased my van at 82,000 miles last year, it is now sitting at 84,000. Its been driven 2,000 miles in 1 year. This is because i have taken it to their service department 7 times. Very dissatisfied with the customer service I received by Eugene in the service department by his rudeness when I was dropping off my vehicle and by Shana’s profound rudeness when I was explaining my issues I’ve had with my vehicle since I purchased it. Austin in the service department and DJ in sales have always been very pleasant but due to the treatment and issues with the other workers I will be taking my business elsewhere and advising others to do the same.
Very friendly staff. Avery was very nice and took care of me. Lots of nice cars as well! Will def be back! Thanks again!
