Long story short... they have no desire to take ownership or care about their customers once the purchase is final. They sold us a 2016 pickup only 40k miles that needed a new engine which we did not find out until a week later. Luckily Ford took care of us because the dealership’s outlook was not out problem even though they claim to have a 30 day warranty.
