I've been all over colorado looking for a car at one point someone told me they can't even help me. But Tim took was patient and he listened and he pulled up the perfect sized car for me the first time. I'm so happy and grateful to have came here.! Thank you Tim!!
They make you feel good about coming in to look at cars but when you're there they don't give you the option to look at cars. I said i was looking to get lower payments and what do they offer? Not to take my car as a trade in but to give me a 2nd car with low payments...yeah like I'm going to have 2 cars to make payments on when my whole purpose was to get lower payments. Waste of time...I wasn't even given the option to look at cars. And then I get questioned about why I still owe so much on my car...I've never missed a pay... read more
They were friendly when I got my pos from them. Said how reliable it would be and great for me and my children being a single mother. Shortly thereafter, not once but twice, I had a tire blow out on me completely while driving down the road. They had said they just replaced all 4 tires. I have only had the car for 7 months and have already had to replace all 4 tires. Had to pay for all of my oil changes and now the car is not even drivable because of engine problems. Everybody needs to come down to crazy Herman's with auto sales and talk to Tim he's a fantastic sales man and he will not lead you wrong I've enjoyed his dealings with him and I have had really fun there come on down now
