RecommendedI had an unbelievable experience leasing and moving in here... it was like a dream! The staff is absolutely amazing! The grounds are STUNNING! The Units are modern and true to whats posted online. The property feels safe and is well lit at night. I am immensely grateful for the package locker system they have in place. DO NOT RENT HERE. 100% headache I absolutely would not recommend living here. Constant parties, smoking and noise make living here impossible.Tenant turnover has got to be 90%.It is a transient building.Management has been unsuccessful in making it a "luxury" complex.One bedroom starts at almost $2,000.00 a month (not including parking, utilities, cable etc) and is NOT worth it.
