Moved in about 2 months ago, at first was very impressed and LOVE the location however a lot of the other reviews listed are accurate. Our apartment “looked” great but there are many finishes and small details that are overlooked. The pool is always down. This is the 3rd time the buildings fire alarm has gone off for no reason. People park in my paid parking spot, paying for amenities I don’t use and the list goes on. Hoping for improvements but will not be renewing my lease at this rate!
Provide some SAFETY! Or be honest with residents about ALL NIGHT music and gunshots outside of our balconies. This place is on a MURDEROUS and VIOLENT CRIME block! FACTS.
RecommendedWe loved our time here and have discussed moving back to Hamilton Lakes when we move back to Illinois next year. This truly is the best community. The kindness from staff and members is spectacular and resident appreciation with events was so much fun. Brittany and I attended most of the events and had a blast. The salsa dancing lesson and Church Street Brewery beer tasting events were the most fun but we really did enjoy all of them. Recommended"Superb! The staff is always smiling and helpful. The apartment was spotless on move in day. The appliances are excellent. They go above and beyond!
Now that I have the time. Here’s my honest opinion about this place. I lived here for a little over 2 years. So many things are wrong.. walls are extremely thin. Never any parking.. which was promise to us that it will be assigned parking stalls. Not to mention the mice issues inside our garages. During the winter months be prepared to slip and slide everywhere. One of my biggest problems at the end of our lease was getting billed for our carpet! RecommendedSatori Flats office staff has been great from the time I walked in. I leased without ever seeing an apartment. Patricia, Ashley and Whitney are all so personable and engaging. My apartment is beautiful, the amenities are great. I am looking forward to living here for years to come!
